It involves selecting recipes, creating a grocery list based on those recipes, and scheduling when each meal will be prepared and eaten. Meal planners can be physical notebooks, digital apps, or online platforms that offer features such as customizable recipes, nutritional information, and the ability to adjust serving sizes. The goal of a meal planner is to streamline the meal preparation process, save time and money, and promote healthier eating habits by encouraging balanced and nutritious meals.

At Britt’s Bistro Café Meal Planning a meal planner is a passion for food, health, and life coach in the form of a singular individual. Brittney is your virtual pocket chef solely focused on making your nutrition and health goals as easy as possible to obtain by taking all the guesswork out of what you need to eat. By becoming a subscriber of a personalized meal plan you will enable yourself to an easier understanding of your personalized nutritional needs, healthier choices, and actively engaging in changing your lifestyle without the stigma of society expectations. If you want that triple chocolate lava cake for your birthday, Britt will actively work with you to modify any recipe, find any recipe, and plan your nutritional goals for the day and week to account for that slice of cake. If you need that personalized reassurance while shopping to triple check you are making the better choice for your health, she will happily go on a virtual shopping trip with you. Brittney actively engages and checks in with her clients providing both ease of what to cook for dinner, and friendship.


A year later Brittney has collected a variety of audience members, content, recipes, articles, and is on the verge of a self-published cookbook as well as self-published video content for a Liver Disease specific cooking show.

About me

Britt’s Bistro Café Meal Planning was born from my lifelong love of food and the belief that every meal can be both nourishing and enjoyable. My personal journey took a profound turn when I was diagnosed with liver disease after years of navigating health challenges. That experience opened my eyes to how overwhelming it can be to make lifestyle and dietary adjustments—especially without a clear plan or a supportive community.

As I began exploring new ways of cooking and organizing meals, I learned to adapt recipes to my own needs, preferences, and the macronutrient and micronutrient goals provided by my healthcare team. Over time, I discovered strategies that truly worked for me, and with them came the empowering realization of how good it feels to regain control over food choices.

I created Britt’s Bistro Café as a space to share that journey and to help others bring more ease, variety, and enjoyment into their own kitchens. I focus on fresh, whole-food-based recipes and practical organizational tools designed to support confidence in meal planning. My recipes and resources can be adapted for a variety of lifestyles, including pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and whole-food-focused eating.

When I work with clients, my role is to provide inspiration, structure, and tools for meal planning based on the preferences, routines, and healthcare guidance they share with me. Final nutrition and health decisions are always made between each client and their licensed medical team.
