At Britt’s Bistro Café Meal Planning a meal planner is a passion for food, health, and life coach in the form of a singular individual. Brittney is your virtual pocket chef solely focused on making your nutrition and health goals as easy as possible to obtain by taking all the guesswork out of what you need to eat. By becoming a subscriber of a personalized meal plan you will enable yourself to an easier understanding of your personalized nutritional needs, healthier choices, and actively engaging in changing your lifestyle without the stigma of society expectations. If you want that triple chocolate lava cake for your birthday, Britt will actively work with you to modify any recipe, find any recipe, and plan your nutritional goals for the day and week to account for that slice of cake. If you need that personalized reassurance while shopping to triple check you are making the better choice for your health, she will happily go on a virtual shopping trip with you. Brittney actively engages and checks in with her clients providing both ease of what to cook for dinner, and friendship.
A year later Brittney has collected a variety of audience members, content, recipes, articles, and is on the verge of a self-published cookbook as well as self-published video content for a Liver Disease specific cooking show.
All clients are offered life coaching services as part of their meal plan packages; take Brittney on a virtual grocery shopping trip to review labels and provide real life feedback for best choices (choosing a lower sodium brand, what to look for on a label). You will have full control over learning together what foods are the most beneficial for your situation and a garner a friend in your corner along the way… while taking out all the work other then doing the shopping yourself, the actual cooking, and enjoying the fruits of your labor with tasty meals already planned out for you!
About me
Britt’s Bistro Cafe Meal Planning was developed from a love for food by a foodie. Recently diagnosed after years of fighting constant health complications, author and home chef Brittney launched a mission to find out more about liver
disease and how food affects the progression of the disease. While on her initial journey Brittney discovered many strong-willed personalities, and a significant lack of understanding especially from newly diagnosed. The flock was
lost and the Shepherd nowhere to be found. This sparked her to launch a Facebook group and content creation specifically catering to Liver Disease as an informational platform for asking those initial questions, a support group regardless
of what stage of the journey you are on, and a recipe group to rekindle the love for food.
Brittney is accepting new clients to further establish her Meal Planning program and hopes to progress to a Meal Prep/Meal Providing Business in the future catering to bariatric and liver disease patients. Brittney is also launching variations of her cookbook to include Liver Disease friendlier recipes for Pescatarian, gluten-free (Celiac’s and Crohn’s friendly as well as gluten intolerant), dairy-free, Vegan/Whole Food and Vegetarian. All meal plans are individualized and cater to the client’s food preferences and requirements based on nutritional needs provided by their medical team.
