    What’s shared in the forum should stay in the forum.  Be kind and courteous. We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural; kindness and consideration is required.

    Admin(s) and Mod(s) will not tolerate an Elitist attitude, bully of any form, or any type of “drama”. Play fun/bantering between friends is acceptable pending it’s kept respectful for the rest of the forum participants.

    If you see a post you do not agree with, contact an Admin or Mod, or scroll by it.

    Medical Advice: Please be aware every forum on this website is meant to focus on food in one shape or form. Members of the website/forum (or any Facebook group associated with either or) may have any interest around meal planning, meal prepping, nutrition, a specific condition or way of eating. Medical advise should never be provided beyond personal experience (a statement such as “I often wonder this myself. I was told to A B by my medical professional. I do D E F instead here is why) is ok… just be aware of a disclaimer. Do not try to lead someone with medical advise. “Do this it works!” Is not acceptable. “I tried this and it worked for me, I suggest you speak with your medical team and find out if that works for you too” is acceptable.

    Every Diet/Way of Eating/Diet Lifestyle has some specific and definitive do’s and do nots. And exceptions to every rule.  Do NOT tell anyone what they can and can not eat, what they should or should not do. Doing so is grounds for immediate removal of the community forum and website subscription with no recourse. You forfeit your monthly subscription fee by violating these rules. You will not be refunded your subscription fee for violating this rule, or any rule.

    Keep an open mind: Everyone asking questions or providing opinions/experiences/knowledge should keep an open mind as every person has different nutritional needs.

    No promotions or Spam (unless pre-authorized).  The admin(s) reserve the right to promote products, merchandise, promotions, and discounts at will.

    Participants are not to refer to or suggest other products, merchandise, promotions, discounts, or other without prior authorization. Doing so without authorization is grounds for immediate removal and banning from the forum and website memberships. Your subscription fee will not be refunded.

    No Hate Speech or Bullying: Make sure everyone feels safe with your post/discussions/opinions. Bullying of any kind is not allowed, nor tolerated. Degrading comments about things such as opinion, experience, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identify will not be tolerated. Picking a fight, or if your post is perceived as doing so by any member of the Mod/Admin team, will not be tolerated. This includes name calling beyond banter of friends.  Calling an Admin/Mod a Karen or Ken will result in us laughing and you being banned. We reserve the right to determine at our own personal discussion what is grounds for bullying and name calling.

    No religious or political speech or promotions: We have a zero tolerance for any form of religious or political speech promotion withing any forum of this website (www.brittsbistrocafe.com).  Admins/Mods reserve the right to determine what is or is not a political or religious post.

    Your subscription fee is auto renewed every month. You have the right to cancel it at any time. You will not be granted a refund if you do so in the middle of the month.

    Finally, Membership to this website’s sources and Community Forum is voluntary. Should you choose these rules are not for you, do not sign up. Do not Register. Do not stick around.  Your Signup membership is non refundable. Your cancellation is freedom of choice.
