Our Story
From a personal journey to a community of healing through food
Britt’s Bistro Café – Meal Planning was born out of my own health challenges, including bariatric recovery and a liver disease diagnosis. In those moments, I realized just how overwhelming it could feel to find meals that were both nourishing and enjoyable.
I started experimenting with fresh, whole foods and discovered that the Mediterranean way of eating offered balance, flavor, and healing without sacrificing enjoyment. Along the way, I learned that food is more than fuel — it is comfort, connection, and resilience.
What began as cooking for myself grew into something much larger. I saw that others were struggling too, searching for recipes and plans that made sense for their unique needs. That’s when Britt’s Bistro Café – Meal Planning took shape: not just as a collection of recipes, but as a supportive space where no one has to feel alone on their journey.
