Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices whole grain bread (sodium-free)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced (low-sodium)
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon (low-sodium)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing (low-sodium)
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Spread ranch dressing on two slices of bread. Layer chicken and bacon on top, then cover with the remaining bread. Grill in a panini press or skillet until crispy.
