Ingredients:
- 2 homemade whole grain biscuits (sodium-free)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced (low-sodium)
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
