    Chicken and Biscuit Sandwich

    Ingredients:

    • 2 homemade whole grain biscuits (sodium-free)
    • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced (low-sodium)
    • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
    • Black pepper to taste

    Directions:
    Preheat the oven and bake biscuits according to your recipe. Once baked, slice biscuits in half. Spread yogurt and honey on the bottom half, layer with chicken, season with black pepper, and top with the other half.
